Umar Aliyu Doma, the gubernatorial candidate of the Zenith Labour Party in Nasarawa State  has assured the people of the state of qualitative governance if he eventually becomes the governor of the state in
2019.

He is the son of a former governor of Nasarawa State, the late Aliyu Awe Doma.

Doma says he chose to run on the platform of ZLP for the 2019 governorship election, having been driven by the need to make true change in governance matters as far as Nasarawa State is
concerned.

WHY ME?

I will give the people of Nasarawa State the best leadership they do not expect and I will ensure that nobody is left behind by creating a conducive atmosphere where all and sundry would feel at ease through modern developmental innovations, which would be in tandem with global
standards.

“We will return the past glory of the state Civil Service and also guarantee staffers training and retraining for effective productivity
across board.

“My government , if given the opportunity to serve,  will operate as the government of the people and by the people.

My manifesto is very rich and Nasarawa people are wise enough to choose the best person who will give them the best leadership they
 deserve.

Gone are the days when politicians would make a lot of promises just to fulfill their selfish interests and, at the end, fail them.

“We will ensure that our youths and women are employed and engaged in different business ventures for self-esteem and self-reliance,

We also promise to uplift the agricultural, health, and the security sectors for the overall peaceful co – existence of the  people. In all, my government will be a good one with a lot of
 difference.”
