He made the declaration at a personality interview programme of the League of Veteran Journalists, Osun branch, ‘The Frontliners’ where Owolade fieldied questions from journalists on various issues and developmental projects at the hospital.
In driving the UNIOSUN Teaching hospital towards this end and building a team spirit vital to the success of the collaboration, he disclosed that his proactive board and the management team led by the hospital’s Chief Medical Director, Babatunde Afolabi have planned a two-day retreat for 120 senior staffers of the hospital, preparatory to an entire reset and revamping of the hospital.
According to him, the retreat which will hold at Acquisition Centre, Iragbiji on Thursday and Friday, this week, would address all issues that would take the hospital to higher level while consolidating and standing its workers to its wave of swift response to the needs of the hospital’s in-patients and out-patients.
“There are specific Establishment laws for us to discuss at the retreat and the board, far from being an absentee one, is doing something distinct which, with the cooperation of the formidable management team would take the Teaching hospital to a higher level while advancing its feats on different fronts,” he said.
