Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi are expected to make another attempt against Niger Tornadoes FC in the Nigeria Professional Football League tie on Sunday.
The Makurdi boys will travel to Niger State to keep a date with Tornadoes, who last Sunday shocked Sunshine Stars FC 2-1.
The Ikon Allah Boys will be relying on Gabriel Jeremiah, Sadiq Suleiman and Lukas Yahaya to do the damages against a side which is also aiming at away victory.
El-Kanemi Warriors’ used Lobi to shine last Sunday, when they recorded a 1-0 win to make their home record one hundred percent.
The win was the 9th of the campaign for the Ladan Bosso-tutored lads. But the Lobi Boys need a good psychologist to lift their dwindling morale and inject life back into the team.
Tornadoes will in no doubt capitalise on Lobi’s lapses to grab the maximum three points at stake on Sunday.
