President Bola Tinubu, on Friday, in Abuja, announced the appointment of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, as Chief of Staff, and Ibrahim Hassan Hadejia, a former Deputy Governor of Jigawa State, as Deputy Chief of Staff.
According to a statement issued on Friday by Abiodun Oladunjoye, Director of Information in the Presidency, during a meeting with the Progressives Governors Forum, the President also named a former Governor of Benue State and immediate past Minister of Special Duties, George Akume, as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
