The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the suit challenging the establishment of the EFCC, ICPC and NFIU by 13 States.
The judgment is in respect of the suit filed originally by 16 States 3 of which have now withdrawn continued participation in the case.
Adamawa, Anambra and Ebonyi States earlier withdrew from the suit and their names were struck out from the suit.
