The National Coordinator of the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice, Comrade Sheriff Mulade, has urged youths in the Niger Delta region to shun social vices and be focused in life.
Mulade also called for harmony among the various ethnic groups in the region.
Speaking at OkwagbeInland in Ughelli South Local Government Area of the state, while declaring open the 36th Annual Bible Study of The Boys’ Brigade Nigeria, Warri Battalion Council, the environmental activist implored the youths drawn from the 25 Local Government Areas of the State to be of good behavior always and avoid bad influence. He also urged war-mongers in the state to give peace a chance.
The CEPEJ boss, who was the chairman of the occasion, described youths as leaders of tomorrow and advised them to respect constituted authorities always and avoid breaking the law. He charged the youths to work for peace and harmony, saying that as leaders of tomorrow much was expected from them.
Mulade, who was decorated as a Patron of the Boys’Brigade Nigeria, said, “I’m so glad to be here today to declare this ceremony open.
I’m proud to be associated with The Boys’ Brigade Nigeria Warri Battalion Council. I want to appeal to all of you who made it to the 36th Annual Bible Study Camp to shun social vices, take your studies very seriously.
Youths are the leaders of tomorrow and as such much is expected of you
