THE Senate, on Monday, passed a N13.5 trillion budget for 2021.
This followed the adoption of the report of the Senate Committee on Appropriations at a special plenary.
The budget is predicated on a $40 per barrel oil benchmark.
President Muhammadu Buhari presented a N13.08 trillion budget to the joint session of the National Assembly for approval on October 8.
