SECOND Republic lawmaker from Kano State, Dr. Junaid Muhammad, is dead.
He died on Thursday night at 73.
The late Junaid’s son, Suleiman, confirmed his demise, saying he died after a brief illness, which lasted for only three days.
His burial is expected to hold today (Friday).
Sympathisers, including top government officials have started visiting the deceased’s No. 60 Lamido Crescent, Kano residence to sympathise with the family.
