A presidential aspirant in the 2019 general elections, Ambassador Felix Johnson Osakwe, has received royal blessings from the Akran of Badagry , Oba Babatunde Akran, Aholu Menu Toyi 1, at his palace in Badagry Local Government Area of Lagos State .
Ambassador Osakwe, who visited the monarch in company with his entourage, said it became necessary for him to see Oba Akran to receive royal blessings.
He said Nigerians had been passing through turbulent times for sometimes now and had been experiencing insecurity, corruption, kidnapping and other social vices that constituted threat to the nation’s democracy.
The diplomat described the current situation as unfortunate and, therefore, vowed to address it, if given the chance in the 2019 presidential election .
The royal father, who described Ambassador Osakwe as a man of God, pledged his support for him in his aspiration.
Ambassador Olakunle Johnson, who is his the Director of Campaign Organisation, thanked the royal father and all his chiefs.
He also solicited the support of the people of the local government and its
environment.
