Pillar of Sports Ejidike stunned by Ubah’s demise

Nigeria Pillar of sports Chief Donatus Agu Ejidike has expressed deep shock over the death of Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah.

Late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah who was the proprietor of FC IFEANYIUBAH Football club and Senator Representing Anambra south in the upper chambers of the National Assembly died on Saturday in London.

Reacting to the death of  the oil Magnet and billionaire businessman,  Nigeria Pillar of sports Chief Ejidike described his death as a colossal loss not only to the sports community but to the entire Nnewi town, Anambra  state and Nigeria as a whole.

The late publisher of Authority Newspapers and other broadcasting outfits would  be remembered as a renowned sports philanthropist and great grassroots politician.

Ejidike recalled his personal relationship with him and how the late APC chieftain contributed to the development and empowerment of people in Nnewi community as well as his support and encouragement to the office of the Nigeria Pillar of Sports.

The Nigeria  Pillar of Sports added that late Ubah made a remarkable investment in sports facilities and development of youths which will remain indelible in the history of sports in Nigeria.

The former president of the Karate Federation of Nigeria (KFN) prayed God to grant the family of the deceased the fortitude to bear the loss and to grant his soul eternal rest.
