THE Peoples Democratic Party has condoled with Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State over the death of his Special Adviser on Infrastructure, James Adepoju.

The PDP, in a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, on Friday, said it was indeed saddened by the death of Engr. Adepoju, who it described as a very
loyal, energetic and dedicated aide.

The party said the late Adepoju played a pivotal role in Governor Makinde’s accomplishments in infrastructural development in the state.

“Our party indeed grieves but we take solace in God’s promise regarding those who departed in good works,” PDP said.

The party further commiserated with Governor Makinde, the Adepoju family as well as the government and people of Oyo State, and prayed God to grant all the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
