A passenger has been reportedly burnt to death as a vehicle goes up in flames near the Long Bridge, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
Report had it that the accident occurred on Friday as the vehicle veered off the road and plunged into the bridge.
Men of the Federal Road Safety Corps were at the scene of the crash on rescue and clearance operations.
Other occupants of the burnt vehicle were said to have been evacuated to a nearby hospital.
The identities of the persons involved in the accident could not be obtained at the time of filing this report.
Also, the make and model of the vehicle could not be ascertained immediately.
