The Attorney General of the federation, Lateef Fagbemi has said no governor has the right to suspend or remove a local government chairman.
The AGF made this known on Thursday while fielding questions from newsmen on the constitutionality of the actions of the Edo State Governor for suspending local government chairmen in the state.
