The internal crisis rocking the Unity Party of Nigeria in Ogun State has worsened as its Chairman, Mrs. Funmilayo Ogini, vowed to lock horns with the governorship candidate of the party in the 2015 election, Otunba Rotimi Paseda over the running of its affairs in the state.
Ogini said that she had already drawn the battle line with Paseda, warning that any attempt by the former governorship candidate to inhibit her from steering the affairs of the UPN in the state would be vehemently resisted.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with our correspondent in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, she stressed that she would not allow anyone, including Paseda, to dictate the pace of things in the party to her.
