GOVERNOR Abubakar Sani-Bello of Niger State has debunked reports that 27 students and three teachers, kidnapped from the Government Science College, Kagara, have been released.
He said Government was only at the last stage of negotiations with the abductors.
The Governor was however optimistic that the victims would be released soon.
