The Board of Directors of Jaiz Bank Plc has appointed Tajuddeen Aminu Dantata as a Non-Executive Director.
According to a circular to the Nigerian Exchange Limited from Jaiz Bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria has given a go-ahead to the appointment.
Dantata comes with a wealth of experience garnered through positions held as Director in companies like Dantata Investments and Securities Limited, Express Petroleum and Gas Limited, Dantata Property Development & Mgt. Co. Ltd, Electricity Meter Company of Nigeria.
He sits on the board of other companies like Nigeria Sugar Products Limited, Namco Nig. Ltd, Mentholatum Nigeria Limited and Bebeji Oil & Allied Products Limited.
He has a wealth of experience from diverse training programmes both locally and internationally.
The Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, Jaiz Bank, Mohammed Shehu, in a statement said the Bank believes Dantata will add value to the Board.
