Africa will be represented by three teams at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in India in 2022, which will take place from October 11 to October 30.
Since its debut in 2008, the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup has been contested by the under-17 national teams of FIFA member associations in seven editions.
It will be India’s second FIFA competition, following the men’s FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2017, and the first time it will host a FIFA women’s football tournament.
