A student of Ataoja School of Science in Osogbo, Osun State, Aisha Akinola Damilola, has lost her life in a fatal accident.

Akinola, a Senior Secondary School 3 student of the public school in Osogbo, according to a family source, Lateef Olaide, died in an ambulance while being rushed to the hospital on Monday.

The accident, which claimed the life of the student, involved three vehicles and occurred around 5:56pm, under the November 27 interchange bridge, a stone throw to the deceased’s school.

An eyewitness, Mary Adeloye, said that an ash colour Toyota Corolla with registration number MUS571GB, which was coming from Sekona route, collided with a Volkswagen with registration number LEM478TK and a Bajaj motorcycle. It consequently crushed the students waiting for the bus under the bridge.
