Former Super Eagles number one goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, still has many rivers to cross with his French club, LOSC Lille FC, as they intensified their quest to remain in the top league against Nice this weekend.
Lille, who pipped SC Bastia 1-0 on Saturday to ease their relegation fears and deepen those of their opponents, has another date with destiny to escape the turbulent waters.
Enyeama was said to be in great shape, despite his inability to continue with the national team. Recently, he was rated as the best goaltender in the French league. He was listed in the Ligue 1 team of the week in France.
His inclusion was as a result of his fantastic showing at the weekend against Olympique Marseille.
Lille OSC had struggled on home soil this season, failing to win any of their last five matches while Europa League-chasing Marseille had won three of their previous four matches with Dimitri Payet pulling the strings from the midfield.
