The management of Cutix Plc, a manufacturing company listed on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange Limited, has notified the Exchange and shareholders of the company of the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Favour Oti.
No reason was given for the decision of Oti to quit the company. Meanwhile, Jane Eber Nwabueze, has been appointed to take over the position of the company’s CFO pending the appointment of a substantive candidate by the board of directors.
Nwabueze is a Chartered Accountant with varied experience acquired from the financial services and auditing.
Her professional skills extend to management accounting, treasury management and budgeting.
She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Cutix Plc is a manufacturing company in Nigeria producing and selling a range of electrical wires, cables and switchgear assemblies.
The company produces bare copper conductors, bare stranded copper conductors, insulated copper conductors, PVC insulated copper cables, PVC insulated single/double sheathed-core aluminium cables and PVC insulated and sheathed flat twin/three-core copper cables.
The company’s head office is in Newi, a commercial and industrial city in Anambra State, southeastern Nigeria.
