PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, ordered the immediate reopening of Nigeria’s land borders.
The borders had been shut over a year ago, to curb the illegal importation of agricultural products, small arms and drugs into Nigeria from neighbouring countries.
