THE Academic Staff Union of Universities, on Wednesday, suspended its nine months old strike, “conditionally”.
This suspension ends the protracted industrial action embarked upon by the lecturers since March 2020.
National President, ASUU, Biodun Ogunyemi, disclosed the development during a briefing of the union in Abuja.
He explained that ASUU’s decision followed consultations with its National Executive Council.
