PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari, on Monday, held a private meeting with the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
The meeting, The Point learnt, began at about 3pm in the President’s office.
Personal Assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, also announced the meeting via his verified Twitter handle on Monday afternoon.
“President @MBuhari receives in audience General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (@rccghq), @PastorEAAdeboye, at the State House, Abuja,” Ahmad tweeted.
The meeting, it was gathered, might not be unconnected with the ongoing controversy surrounding the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
