Young African Chief Executive Officers are billed to meet in Abuja on December 12 under the aegis of the CEOs Network Africa.
The gathering of the young African entrepreneurs is for the third annual awards ceremony.
The event, themed, ‘The emerging generation,’ would honour business owners under age 30.
Senator Frank Ibezim, Shina Peller, Prince Malik, Ado-Ibrahim, Dr Linus Okorie, Auwal Raphsanjani, among others, are expected at the event.
Thirty-three recipients would be recognised for outstanding achievements in year 2021.
According to Alli-Bob Cinwon, Awards Committee Chairman, a total of 1,379 nominations were received from across Africa.
Cinwon stated, “The finalists were critically screened and selected from different walks of life. It was a Herculean task.
“There are several young people doing amazing things and breaking new grounds. Our final selection was based on merit and track record.
“The quality of entries proves that young Nigerians and their peers on the continent are indeed resourceful, resilient and hardworking.”
