Former Editor of Sunday Independent newspaper, Mr. Rotimi Durojaiye, has joined The Point Newspaper, as the Executive Editor.
Durojaiye, whose appointment takes effect from August 1, 2021, has many years of robust journalism to his credit.
He will direct operations in general and also ensure standards in terms of editorial content.
He is a graduate of Mass Communications from the University of Lagos and Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos.
Durojaiye served in the former Senator Ibikunle Amosun-led government in Ogun State as Special Adviser (Information & Strategy (2015-2019).
He brings into the job his invaluable experience that spans over 25 years.
He is expected to enrich the editorial content of The Point for the benefit of the paper’s esteemed readers.
