Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has sworn in the newly elected 57 council chairmen in the state on Tuesday.
The chairmen were elected for the 20 Local Government Areas and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) in during last Saturday’s council polls in the state.
At the swearing at the Lagos State House, Alausa, Ikeja, Sanwo-Olu charged the newly elected chairmen and their vice to ensure that the electorate enjoy the dividends of democracy in the state.
The elected council chairmen include:
