PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari held a closed door meeting on Monday night with Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State on the worsening security situation in the state.
This was as President Buhari also received the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, and former National Chairman of the party, Bisi Akande, in the State House.
The agenda of the President’s meeting with the Borno Governor and the APC chieftains were not however made public.
While Zulum’s meeting would not be unconnected with the security situation in his state, the focus of the President’s meeting with Tinubu and Akande was not clear as of the time of filing this report.
But it was gathered that the meeting might not be unconnected to the state of the nation currently.
The Official Photographer of the President, however, made the pictures of the meeting with the APC leaders available on Tuesday morning.
