A man, Nahvi Ifode, has emerged the winner of the cooking reality show, Knorr Taste Quest Season 4.
Emmanuel Ehimen emerged as the first runner-up while Oluwaseun Akomolafe was crowned the second runner-up.
Announcing the winner, the Brand Building Director, Foods, Unilever, Nsima Ogedi-Alakwe, expressed delight at the dedication, persistence and creativity employed by the contestants during the competition.
She said that she was satisfied that the cooking competition had received awareness over the years.
The Brand Manager, Knorr, Jennifer Okpoyo, commended the participants for their commitments.
Okpoyo stated, “It was an amazing journey and seeing all what the contestants went through, I am very proud of all of them and I say congratulations.”
One of the judges, Chef Fregs, explained that they had an exciting time with all the contestants from the audition stages till the end of the show.
The winner, Ifode, was awarded N5 million and N100, 000 worth of shopping vouchers.
The first runner-up, Ehimen and second runner-up, Akomolafe, received N1.5 million and N750, 000 from Unilever, respectively.
Also, Shoprite rewarded each of them with N50, 000 worth of shopping vouchers.
Ifode, however, commended Knorr and Unilever for creating such an excellent cooking competition with amazing fan base and reach.
“I want to sincerely appreciate Knorr Nigeria. Words cannot fully express my gratitude,” he said.
