THERE are sporadic gunshots around the Ikoyi Prisons currently, as hoodlums attempted to break in and release inmates on Thursday.
It was learnt that the exchange of gunfire between the hoodlums and security agents had left residents in fear.
A video has shown that the Ikoyi Prison is on fire currently.
