Sequel to his contributions to a list of hit songs ranging from ‘Fake Love’, through ‘Bad Energy’ to ‘Soco’, Nigeria’s pop act, Wizkid, has at last, unveiled his first singles of 2018, Master Groove and Fever.
Master Groove, the track produced by Phantom, is an up-tempo track, which is very interesting to listen to. The record has a very groovy vibe and is the stronger of the two offerings.
Fever is produced by Blaq Jerzee. It is a sensual song that describes an exceptional intense feeling of love. This love song is very smooth, as Wizkid describes how he feels: “Baby girl, na you I want oo/ baby shey na me you want oo/ Make we dey one plus one na two”
Wizkid’s efforts at putting out these songs are commendable, as the music-loving public patiently expects his third studio album, Made In Lagos, which is expected to drop before the end of this year.
