CELEBRATIONS GALORE AS FUJI STAR, PASUMA TURNS 50

Ardent lovers of Fuji, who particularly have bias for one of the front liners in that genre of indigenous music, Wasiu Adekunle Odetola, who is popularly known as Alabi Pasuma, and his fans, had greatly anticipated its celebration when the singer hit the golden age of 50. Days of anxiety eventually ended when the Oro, Kwara State-born singer eventually attained the golden jubilee age days ago.
The 50th birthday anniversary kicked off as the birthday boy took to the streets to identify with the less privileged at their various locations, where he donated food items and relief materials to them. Also, as part of the celebrations, a prayer session presided over by Islamic clerics was observed, while there was also a novelty match. As a popular singer, who does not only have a large base of followers, but is equally well loved, a dinner was held in his honour, among other receptions that have been sponsored by different individuals to celebrate their star.
