The Director of the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre, Commissioner of Police Uche Henry, on Friday, led the decoration of 32 officers recently promoted within the force.
A statement on Saturday by the
Police Public Relations Liaison Officer for the Centre, DSP Kuru Augustina, said the director urged the officers to remain steadfast in their responsibilities.
Uche further urged the promoted officers to reaffirm their commitment to upholding the principles of integrity.
The statement read, ”NPF-NCCC celebrated the promotion of 32 officers in a colourful ceremony on Friday 10th January 2025, at the National Cybercrime Center office complex.
The event, attended by senior officers, family members, and well-wishers, marked a significant milestone for the honorees.
“While decorating the officers, CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry commended their dedication and professionalism, urging them to see their promotion as a call to greater responsibility and service.
“This promotion is not just a reward—it is a challenge to serve with renewed commitment and integrity.”
Among the newly promoted officers were ACP Abdullahi Muhammed, CSP Maaji Nasiru, SP Danjuma Chukwueke, DSP Onwuka Orji Mba, and DSP Kuru Augustina, who also serves as the Public Relations Liaison Officer for the NPF-NCCC.
