Once upon a time, there was a certain man called AY but don’t mistake him for popular comedian, AY. He was ‘accidentally’ appointed the Director General of the National Sports Commission by the former President Goodluck Jonathan and the first thing he did was to marry a new wife after receiving the approval of N2.9 billion to prepare Team Nigeria for the All Africa Games, and to participate in the last Olympic Games in Rio, Brazil. The ‘intellectually arrogant’ former DG of Sports squandered and mismanaged the money and left some remnants for the present Sports Minister who always appears on red beret and green uniform, like a boy scout. Till today, both sport administrators failed to tell Nigerians what happened to the money. They are deceiving Nigerians. Who is fooling whom?
