Tension is growing in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, as the #Endbadgovernance continues to gain traction.

In one of the major roads in the capital city, security personnel have fired tear gas canisters to disperse peaceful protesters.

A photo journalist was also accosted and arrested by a policeman but was immediately released after a superior officer made him see reason.

There are fears that the protests will turn violent and the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, had urged policemen to be exercise restraint as they deal with protesters.
