Remo Stars’ Victor Chidume, has said his team will remain strong and hopeful as they face Enyimba on Sunday in the NPFL duel. Chidume sid despite the team 1-0 loss against Sunshine Stars, the team would not lose focus in their subsequent matches.
Chidume insists that their defeat in the hands of the Owena Whales will not deter their positive mindsets.
“We did very very well in that match but we conceded an early goal and it did so much in destabilising us,” Chidume said.
“We shall continue to aim for the maximum points away from home.The loss to Sunshine Stars has done nothing to our confidence level.
We were just unfortunate to lose but we won’t give up easily against Enyimba. We are going to play that match as if our lives depended on it,” he added.
