For Plateau United Football Club of Jos, it is no retreat, no surrender, as they forge ahead in their mission to hold firmly to the leadersh ip position of the Nigeria Professional Football League.

The Peace Boys surged to the top of the NPFL table last Sunday, after recording an impressive win over the Saraki Boys and they have promised not to slip again in the series.

Plateau United were in fine form, as they hammered ABS 4-1 at the Rwang Pam Stadium. The Plateau Boys are preparing for a must-win tie against Wikki Tourists Football Club of Bauchi to stay afloat in the league.

The players and officials of the team are fully determined to give their fans something to be proud of at the end of the season.

Mountain of Fire and Miracles Football Club of Lagos temporarily occupied the leadership position for two weeks, before losing an away game to aggressive Gombe United FC last Sunday.
