Resign on health ground, Cleric advises Buhari

Acleric and leader of Sufficient Grace and Truth Ministry, Okinni, Osun State, Bishop Seun Adeoye, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to disclose the nature of his illness so that Nigerians will know the appropriate prayers to be offered for his quick recovery.

Bishop Adeoye also advised the President to resign his position to enable him to take adequate care of his deteriorating health, adding that Nigerians would celebrate him for taking such an action.

Stressing that it was imperative for Buhari to be more concerned about his health and life than the office he’s now occupying, the cleric argued that the President’s health issue was a very serious one.

“Whatever that could take a President out of the country for more than 51 days, is not malaria fever,” he said.

He, however, described the commendations showered on Osinbajo while Buhari was away as indirect campaigns by the South West of the region for the Presidency.

The cleric noted that showering undeserved encomiums on Osinbajo to the detriment of his principal, Buhari, could be dangerous for the polity
