Former Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Professor Charles Dokubo, is dead.
Dokubo was said to have passed on after a brief illness on Wednesday evening.
He died at the age of 70 in an undisclosed hospital in Abuja, according to reports.
A professor of strategy, Dokubo was born in Abonnema, Akuku Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State, on March 23, 1952.
